Right in between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, this large 2 storey house features open plan living upstairs with enough room for up to 10 guests.

Having a large family we know the things you need to get away with family or friends. We've provided all the things you need to enjoy your time away. When you arrive, all of the beds are made up for you. Plenty to keep you occupied with Foxtel, sports equipment and a swing set in the back yard.

LOCATION - FACILITIES

Rocks Retreat is an as new Two Storey Holiday House situated in the exclusive Butterfly Court. Located only 300 metres from the pristine beach at Chiton Rocks, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes at a leisurely pace. There is shops and cafe’s and many more things around the place.

The house is modern and has very modern furnishings and enough space to sleep up to 10 people. Having plenty of room to move, this is a perfect place to stay for either a couple or up to 3 families.

There is a large yard which includes barbecue facilities and a shower for when you get back from the beach and need to wash away the sand. There is a lot of grassed area to play a game of backyard cricket or to kick a ball around. Everything has been thought of to make your stay relaxing.

All of your linen is provided so there is no need for carting around blankets and sheets.

The modern kitchen is great to share a meal, with open plan living being a feature of this beautiful house.
